A Long Island man who stabbed his estranged wife to death in a botched murder-suicide unleashed the attack as their teen daughter tried valiantly to protect her, cops revealed Monday. Marcos Aurelio Marques-Leal, 57, was indicted Monday in the ruthless Feb. 12 murder of Adriana Barbosa, prosecutors said — as they revealed the couple’s 16-year-old daughter tried to protect her mom as her dad stabbed her in the head and neck.
