Misty Roberts, the 43-year-old former head of DeRidder, Louisiana — population 9,8000 — faces a charge of third-degree rape over the 2024 incident. Roberts’ son told investigators in an interview played for jurors that he saw his mom having sex with his pal through a crack in a window.
