Three people were killed and 14 others were wounded when a gunman opened fire at a popular bar in downtown Austin, Texas, on Sunday morning. Police responded to reports of a male shooting at Buford’s Backyard Beer Garden — near the University of Texas at Austin — on the 600 block of Rio Grande Street just before 2 a. m.
