Snow parking zones are popping up all over as fed-up motorists defend their carved-put spots tooth, nail and shovel. From “DIY” signs threatening to slash tires, to a fed-up driver warning anyone who takes his spot that they may not be able to find their car afterwards, people have been pulling out all the stops to reserve space for their vehicles on public roads.   5 The recent blizzard has caused parking mayhem.
