Megyn Kelly claims a decades-old photo of former President Bill Clinton shows him “looking down the chest” of one of her young friends — sharing it just hours before he is due to testify Friday about his association with late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. The former Fox News anchor flashed up the image of Clinton from 1999, when he was still president, telling her viewers that it showed him ogling her friend at the Bombay Club in Washington, DC, soon after he was impeached over the Monica Lewinsky sex scandal. “I’m not saying this is a crime,” she stressed on her “Megyn Kelly Show” Thursday, claiming it instead showed Clinton hadn’t changed even after getting impeached.
