Arch Manning out of walking boot after surgery — but his spring will be limited

Arch Manning will be limited this spring after undergoing a minor foot surgery last month. Texas coach Steve Sarkisian told ESPN that the quarterback is out of a walking boot, but he’ll be limited “especially early on” in the spring during an interview on Thursday. Manning is coming off a season in which he passed for 3,163 yards and 26 touchdowns.
