The wrong-way Greenwich Village driver who allegedly struck and killed a Massachusetts transplant late last year – months before her planned wedding – has been arrested on a homicide charge, cops said.   Gary Levinson, 62, was picked up Tuesday morning and charged with criminally negligent homicide and reckless driving in connection to the Nov. 6 crash that killed Valerie Schoeck, 27, police said.
