Wealthy vacationers escaped Puerto Vallarta via the ocean when its airport shut down and narco-terrorists set up road blocks across the state of Jalisco this week. An insider told the California Post people were hiring well-armed mercenaries or security teams to smuggle them to the port where they chartered vessels up to Cabos before flying back to the US.
