A lowlife in a MAGA hat tried to kiss a woman on a Manhattan street before spewing racist comments and lighting her boots on fire — while his heartless pal filmed the hateful assault and stopped her from fleeing, cops said. Police are searching for the two creeps who approached the 54-year-old victim on West 26th Street and 7th Avenue in Chelsea last Thursday just before 3 p. m.
