A naked hit-and-run suspect who was allegedly on drugs fled the scene of a crash in East Hollywood in an incident caught in wild footage — as he sprinted away wearing nothing at all. Footage first obtained by ABC 7 Eyewitness News shows a man holding a T-shirt while running naked from the crash site, where multiple Los Angeles Fire Department vehicles were parked following the collision. Authorities say the man caused the crash before fleeing, startling bystanders as he ran down the street.
