This is the dramatic moment an 80-year-old attorney is floored by ICE agents when he tried to meddle in their immigration operation. Footage out of Santa Barbara on Friday showed Doug Hayes being pushed back and pepper sprayed by the immigration officers when he tried to intervene in their arrest. The eight-minute video — first obtained by the Santa Barbara Independent — captures the wild scene outside Santa Barbara County Probation Department on Carrillo Street.
