The homeless brute who allegedly stole an 88-year-old lady’s cane in Union Square — and knocked her over while trying to flee with her purse — is a registered sex offender from Wisconsin and a parole violator, court officials said at a hearing Saturday. Kurtis Mcvae entered Manhattan Criminal Court with a scruffy beard and mustache, and a mop of dirty blonde hair.   The 36-year-old’s hands appeared dirty and he was wearing a white T-shirt, green flannel jacket with a grey hoodie, forest green sweatpants and grey sneakers.
