Former American Idol contestant Caleb Flynn held back tears in his first court appearance on murder charges in the fatal shooting of his wife, Ashley. “I am not a risk,” Flynn said during the Friday hearing in Miami County Municipal Court. The one-time reality television contestant appeared remotely and told the judge he just wanted to “take care of his daughters,” TMZ reported.
