Heavyweight Valdey Pierre tipped the scales big time for Sachem North, leading the wrestling team to its first county title in 34 years. “I didn’t even know that the county championship was on the line,” Pierre, a senior wrestling at 285, told The Post of his big showing in the Suffolk finals. “I stepped off the mat, and my coach was like, ‘You just won us the county ’chip.
