The man who died after being carried away by floodwaters in San Bernardino was identified as a 55-year-old father. The body of Edward Jozwiak was found about a mile from where rescuers first located him clinging to the roof of his truck Tuesday night as heavy flooding engulfed his vehicle near Keenbrook Road and Cajon Boulevard, authorities said. Shortly after he was discovered on Wednesday morning, his daughter took to social media to mourn her father.
