A California man’s trip to the slopes for some winter fun has ended in tragedy after being killed in a skiing accident at a resort in greater North Lake Tahoe. Stuart McLaughlin, 53, of Hillsborough in the Bay Area, was killed on Sunday at the Northstar Ski Resort in Truckee. 4 Another California person has been killed in an accident at the he Northstar Ski Resort in Truckee.
