An accused hate-crime slugger testified Wednesday that cops got the wrong guy — claiming he’s not the thug caught on police surveillance video and that the pet pooch in the clip isn’t his mutt. The bizarre claim came as alleged nutjob Skiboky Storas took the stand in his own defense in Manhattan Supreme Court, where he’s on trial for allegedly carrying out a series of random attacks, including sucker-punching bombshell TikTok influencer Halley McGookin in 2024.
