‘Pulp Fiction,’ ‘The Mask’ actor Peter Greene’s tragic cause of death revealed

Award-winning actor Peter Greene died inside his New York apartment in December shortly after he suffered an accidental gunshot wound to his upper arm, the medical examiner confirmed to The Post. Greene, 60, was found dead in his Lower East Side dwelling on Dec. 12 — the same day he was scheduled to have a benign tumor removed from near his lung.
