A man was swept away by floodwaters in San Bernardino Tuesday after clinging to the top of his truck, leading to a frantic rescue effort. The man had been sitting on the roof of the vehicle in the Devore neighborhood as heavy rains again pounded Southern California late Tuesday night, according to the San Bernardino County Fire department. Rescue crews haven’t been able to find a driver that was swept away by floodwaters in San Bernardino overnight.
