An unhinged Romeo was severely burned when he torched himself and a car during a wild lover’s quarrel in Washington Heights early Tuesday morning, police and sources said. Cops responded to a 911 call at West 177th Street and Cabrini Boulevard shortly after 12:30 a. m.
