Seton Hall saw one of its highest and lowest moments all in one go. In the Pirates’ season-opening loss to Boston College at the Puerto Rico Challenge on Friday night, left fielder Justin Ford hit a two-run homer out to left-center field during the fifth inning but he didn’t make it past second base. The junior utility player went down with what looked to be a gruesome ankle injury after rounding first base.
