Red Bull New York forward Mohammed Sofo has been dealing with an ankle injury that he suffered during the club’s preseason, The Post confirmed on Tuesday.   News of the injury comes with less than two weeks to go before the Red Bulls open their season against Orlando SC on Feb. 22.
