Just before Super Bowl 2026 gets underway, Patriots star wide receiver Stefon Diggs has been named in another lawsuit. Someone who claims he used to work for Diggs is suing the wideout for a slew of alleged offenses all stemming from the New England player’s stolen Ferrari two years ago, according to court records viewed by The Post. The lawsuit — which was filed on Tuesday in Miami-Dade County (Florida) — is going after Diggs for alleged defamation, civil conspiracy, vicarious liability and ratification, and aiding and abetting assault and battery.
