A 10-year-old girl and her grandfather were stabbed while heading to school in Los Angeles Friday by a maniac who has terrorized the neighborhood for years, according to police and locals. The grandfather, who is in his 70s, and three children were inside a car in Sunland about to go to school around 7:40 a. m.
