SAN FRANCISCO — At an age when most professional athletes are riding off into the sunset, Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford accomplished something for the first time in his career Thursday at the NFL Honors ceremony. Seventeen years into one of the more remarkable quarterback runs in league history, the 37-year-old Stafford earned his first MVP award.
