A baby-faced teen with alleged ties to a neo-Nazi satanic hate group has been arrested in Florida for plotting to shoot up his local church and possessing child porn, authorities said. Jose Pagan Jr. , 14, was nabbed after authorities received a tip last Saturday that the alleged would-be mass shooter had access to guns and was talking about targeting a church near his home in Wimauma.
