She’s not dashing to get out of Rikers. Accused serial dine-and-dash diva Pei Chung on Wednesday refused to leave her jail cell in Rikers Island for a Brooklyn court date — the second time she tried take herself off the legal menu. But unlike the last time Chung, 34, attempted to pull no-show shenanigans, Judge Jacob Zelmanovitz opted to let the faux foodie stew in her jail cell instead of hauling her into court.
