California police arrested a man and a teenage boy in the senseless shooting death of 14-year-old high school football star Jeremy “Tank” Rosales. ” Abel Ramirez, 27, and an unidentified 16-year-old were busted and slapped with murder charges weeks after the two allegedly gunned down Jeremy near his home in Victorville on the night of Jan. 16, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department said.
