Career criminal creep busted for allegedly raping 14-year-old in private NYC apartment community

A creep with a lengthy rap sheet was arrested Tuesday for raping a 14-year-old girl in a Stuyvesant Town apartment building last week, according to authorities. Germaine Parham, 33, was cuffed in upstate New York by members of the NYPD assigned to the US Marshals New York and New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force for the disturbing assault that unfolded in Manhattan’s StuyTown village on the morning of Jan. 29, according to the NYPD and sources.
