LeBron James picked up the chalk on the scorer’s table Sunday night as he does before every game. He rubbed his hands together and then — poof — a cloud of chalk floated into the air. A chorus of “woos” broke out from fans as they witnessed James’ famous pre-tip ritual for what could be the last time at Madison Square Garden.
