Dramatic footage has surfaced of the intense moments an officer in Southern California rushed to save a baby who was choking in Orange County. A Facebook post from the Orange Police Department, showed the incredible footage from inside the officer’s vehicle as he rushed through the streets with his siren blazing. 3 A California cop provided life-saving medical care to an infant who was not breathing in Orange County.
