Former reality-TV-star–turned–California-mayoral-candidate Spencer Pratt has taken a shot at California Governor Gavin Newsom over wildfire-rebuilding efforts. “Nobody actually believes that giving the STATE money will help fire victims rebuild their homes,” Pratt posted on X Tuesday.
