Wild photos captured the moment a cuffed migrant fleeing federal immigration agents in Minnesota slipped on black ice and face-planted onto the frozen pavement before being taken into custody. The snaps showed the unnamed suspect — his hands restrained behind his back — sprinting down the ice-slicked streets of Minneapolis from ICE agents on Tuesday when he lost his footing and wiped out on the frigid asphalt.
