Illegal immigrant gets out of prison after 15 years — but ICE is waiting for him

An illegal Mexican immigrant who was locked up in prison for over 15 years for raping a child is back in custody — and due to be shipped back home after getting picked up by the feds. Moises Guizar Alvarado, who snuck into the US illegally in 1998, was picked up by cops in Hendersonville, North Carolina in 2009 and charged with multiple child sex charges. Moises Guizar Alvarado, an illegal Mexican immigrant, did 15 years for child rape and will now be deported.
