A “joyful” and “deeply loved” 6-year-old girl and a 90-year-old man were killed in a horrific car crash on Staten Island Friday morning, according to authorities. A 50-year-old man driving an Audi Q5 was traveling westbound on Rockland Avenue just before 10:00 a. m.
