Two illegal-migrant lovebirds traveled from Manhattan to Long Island last week to steal from a Target store before they were caught and handed over to Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, authorities said.   Gustavo Tellez Carillo, 36, and his girlfriend, Erika Gomez Moreno, 33, tried to shoplift an undisclosed amount of merchandise from the store in Westbury last Sunday night, Nov. 9, officials said.
