The Raiders are shaking things up after an ugly showing on “Thursday Night Football” this week. Las Vegas fired special teams coordinator Tom McMahon, the team announced Friday, less than 24 hours following the mistake-filled showing. “Earlier today, we made the tough decision to relieve Tom McMahon of his duties as special teams coordinator,” Raiders head coach Pete Carroll said in a statement released by the team.
