The worst two minutes at a fondue restaurant are waiting for the first batch of bites to finish cooking. You’re hungry, you’re ready to eat now, but you have to wait until just the right time to pull the morsels from the broth if you want them to taste as good as possible. A little too early and it is a bit undercooked.
