New York’s largest police union is demanding that the head of the city’s police watchdog group step down because of an alleged rules violation — though the group denied he’s in voilation, The Post has learned. Civilian Complaint Review Board Chair Mohammad Khalid is violating the City Charter by holding a seat on Staten Island Community Board 2, the Police Benevolent Association claims. The CCRB investigates complaints against police officers and makes disciplinary recommendations to the police commissioner.
