The perv who allegedly targeted a teen on the way to school in the Bronx Thursday coerced her into a wooded area by threatening to expose embarrassing photos of her – and then made her strip off her shirt before committing a lewd act and then offering her $20, law enforcement sources said. Oneil Kennedy, 45, approached the 14-year-old victim as she walked to the nearby Bronx Alliance Middle School around 8:20 a. m.
