Mary Henry wrote a letter to the court late Thursday urging the judge to spring multi-millionaire retired bond trader Howard Rubin, 70, on the whopping bail package so that he can continue spending time with his three young grandchildren while awaiting trial. “I understand far too well the serious charges before the court,” Henry wrote.
