A naked Florida man terrorized a neighborhood in a late-night rampage, breaking into multiple homes and destroying property — with on-edge neighbors saying he’s lucky he wasn’t shot dead. The bare-naked burglar, identified by police as 23-year-old Joshua Garrison, was caught on security camera lurking through backyards in Pinellas Park outside of St. Petersburg last week, touching himself sexually and causing significant damage.
