UCLA fans flooded the Rose Bowl gridiron to celebrate the Bruins’ shocking 42-37 upset victory over No. 7 Penn State on Saturday in Pasadena.   Multiple fans were taken off the field in handcuffs, but there was only so much security could do to corral the blue and gold stampede — and one tiny suspect remains at large.
