Ben and Jerry's is litigating with its parent company, Unilever. Jakub Porzycki/NurPhotoBen & Jerry's cofounder Jerry Greenfield is leaving the ice cream brand. Greenfield said he had experienced pushback from parent company Unilever on the brand's advocacy on social issues.
