President Trump boldly asserted that the Biden administration weaponized the Justice Department in an attempt to silence Charlie Kirk and Turning Point USA. The commander-in-chief accused “deranged” Special Council Jack Smith — who oversaw two prosecutions against Trump before he resigned in January — and the “corrupt and incompetent Biden administration” of trying to force the conservative non-profit organization “out of business. ” “They tried to force Charlie, and many other people and movements, out of business,” Trump wrote on Truth Social Tuesday night.
