A “screaming” half-nude man was arrested after stealing an ambulance from paramedics at the scene of a fatal stabbing in California, according to reports and authorities. The madman hijacked the ambulance parked near Downey City Library, where one male suspect allegedly fatally stabbed another man in the neck before paramedics arrived on Saturday morning, KTLA reported. The joyriding suspect was “unrelated to the homicide investigation,” the Downey Police Department said in a statement.
