A New Jersey actor best known for his roles in the “Resident Evil” video games was charged with attempted homicide for allegedly shooting a nearby driver during a road rage incident that sent a nearby university into lockdown. Ernest Wesley Heinz, 48, went on a near-deadly tirade in broad daylight last Thursday after cutting off a woman while she was attempting to merge at a red light, according to cops. 4 Ernest Heinz, 48, was arrested and charged with attempted homicide.
