A 70-year-old Brooklyn man was fatally stabbed eight times in the chest when an ongoing feud with a much-younger neighbor boiled over Monday, cops and law-enforcement sources said. Fredrick Howard was killed during the fight with 31-year-old Josny Jean inside a multi-family home that both men lived in on East 87th Street near Avenue M in Canarsie, according to authorities and sources.
