A New Jersey cop allegedly recorded surveillance footage of a female arrestee performing a sex act in a jail cell on his phone and then shared the X-rated clip over Snapchat, prosecutors said Monday. Ventnor City police officer Ryan Bonanni, 24, was charged Monday with official misconduct, computer theft and three counts of invasion of privacy, following the incident with the woman who was arrested by the local department on July 6, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office. Bonanni, of Egg Harbor Township, accessed security video of the woman, identified only by her initials BW, undressing herself and then engaging in a sexual act while in a holding cell, the prosecutor’s office said.
