An apparently gang-related shooting battle broke out during a basketball tournament at a Bronx park — leaving one dead, four injured and four more arrested, according to sources and the NYPD. ’ Bullets flew on Burke Avenue and Wickham Avenue near Haffen Park just before 5:30 p. m.
